With this morning's headlines and further conservative reading...nobody won the debate last night. I take back what I said last night about the conservatives liking Obama. If you don't like the guy, you were not won over by last night's event.
It was ultimately a draw.
The tendency being for winner status being assigned to the guy you already liked.
All that can be safely said is that if public perception matters, McCain didn't knock it out of the park which he needed to do being behind in the polls.
Personally, I doubt that a true undecided voter would make a decision based on the content of last night. This is going to be one close race!
My big question: what happened to Sarah Palin? She has no public schedule today. Hmmmm
