We're heading out for our annual Vermont/New Hampshire New Years Holiday! As we prepare to leave, I'm aware that this time last year we were gearing up for the Primaries. It was an exciting, tense time...and it feels as though a million years have passed.
It has been a tremendously exciting and interesting year on so many levels. I'll be certain to unpack it as time goes on.
For now...no unpacking, just packing. Suffice it to say I'm far more relaxed than I was a year ago.
I'll be short on postings for a while, but will leave you with a few glimpses of our own little corner of Vermont right here in New Jersey. Our brisk winter walk today reminded me of that happy bumper sticker: Vermont is not just a place, it is a state of mind.
