As we enjoy the freshly minted snow here in New England, I continue to be aware of what an exciting year it has been.
Last night at our party, one of the children was having fun walking around in an Obama mask. Our youngest, somewhat frightened by the plastic likeness, nevertheless recognized the subject matter. At one point during the evening he ran to my arms yelling "Mommy, Obama is coming, Obama is coming!"
Yes indeed, he is. January 20th won't be here soon enough will it?!?
Surely, that is one of the highlights of the year at least from my perspective.
Here is hoping you enjoyed a Happy New Year's Eve filled with the warmth of good company and that you had much to be grateful for during this past year.
